This was a two phase contract carried out over a period of twenty weeks. Phase 1 comprised of internal structural works and demolition to form a new bathroom, a sitting room and a bedroom with an e-suite. Works also included an upgraded heating system with new boiler to serve the house. Phase 2 required the demolition of an existing garage and out-building, and excavation works. We utilised our in-house team of bricklayers for the construction of a new-build garage and a new external store. The presbytery resides within a conservation area, all stonework was sourced locally to ensure compliance with the local area and existing buildings. All external joinery was manufactured within our joiners shop. Both church and presbytery were occupied whilst works were carried out, our professional team of operatives ensured minimal disruption.

Design & Build of a new Visitor Centre, together with associated parking. This unique build consisted of a traditionally built ground floor with cedar cladding, and a timber frame first floor with trespa cladding. Works included reception, two exhibition rooms, catering/cafeteria and conference facilities. Unprecedented chaotic weather caused mass flooding in the region, but the project was still completed on budget and on time.

This 23 week contract included extensive work, both internally and externally, to the church. External works included new flat and pitched roof coverings, lightning protection, new bespoke timber framed double glazed windows, refurbishment of the stained glass windows, re-pointing works and external decorations. Internal works included full re-plastering, new heating system to incorporate underfloor heating, new fully programmed scene-set lighting and full internal decorations.

New build of a traditional construction, consisting of dinning room, full catering kitchen, toilets and undercover walk-way link to existing. This contract was completed on time and on budget.
