Change of use from existing Supermarket to a Public House. Works consisted of restructuring existing, new bar, raised areas and kitchen. Bespoke quality joinery fitted throughout, manufactured in-house. External works included beer garden and food area. The project was completed on budget and completed early, resulting in a noted commendation from Barracuda for this and our outstanding quality.

Conversion and extension to form a family public house and restaurant from a former working manés club. Traditional methods of construction were used to create a bar area, family dining areas, external seating facility and full catering kitchen, also three bed manager's accommodation. Feature cedar panelling was used on the external walls at first floor level and brickwork and render to ground floor level.

We fully re-developed and converted an Ask restaurant into a new Strada complete with new shop front and curtain walling to the front elevation. This project included bespoke joinery, two bars on two floors, new kitchen and new fixed seating as well as specialist wall features created by our own highly skilled tradespeople.

This was a two phase Partnering Contract comprising the refurbishment of internal WC facilities and the second phase being an external patio area complete with jumbrellas. All works were carried out whilst the public house was in full trade to a fast-track programme. Our operatives worked around, and in respect of, the management team and their customers to ensure a disruption-free environment. All new windows and doors were manufactured in-house and to a high quality finish.

The refurbishment of a developer's shell into a new restaurant with full catering kitchen and customer dining areas. This is a two storey development on the third floor of the new Liverpool One shopping centre. The fast track project included two bespoke bars manufactured in-house and was handed over on programme.
